Over the past 35 years, John Parker Stewart has coached and trained tens of thousands of leaders worldwide. John managed executive and leadership development for 86,000 employees at Lockheed Corporation where he designed and taught the Lockheed Executive Institutes for 13 years. He started Stewart Systems, Inc. in 1980 where he researches, consults, teaches, and coaches CEOs, presidents, executives, military and government leaders how to stay ahead.

John began his undergraduate studies at the University of Colorado, finished his bachelor’s degree at Brigham Young University, and earned a master’s degree in Organizational Communication where he wrote his thesis at Parliament in London. He began his doctoral work and teaching at Michigan State University, and continued doctoral studies under management guru Peter Drucker in Executive Performance and Leadership at Claremont Graduate School.

John was selected “National Trainer of the Year” by the American Society for Training and Development for two consecutive years and is a three time speaker on Orals Coaching at the National Conference of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals. In addition to training and coaching all levels of management at Kennedy Space Center over an eight year period, John works with companies including: Citibank, U.S. Air Force, Chevron, IBM, Lockheed Martin, Toshiba, CSL-Hong Kong, Xerox, GM, Kaiser Permanente, Telstra-Australia, U.S. Dept of Energy, Boeing, and many other government agencies and commercial firms.

John  continues to build successful common cultures and speaks to thousands of professionals each year around the globe. He leads multimillion dollar change efforts for international corporations in successfully realigning their operations and manufacturing processes. He unites diverse corporate cultures during multibillion dollar mergers and consolidations, leading to significant gains in organizational performance and integrated cultures.
