Josh Davis has established himself as one of America’s elite athletes and representatives through his extraordinary performance in and out of the pool. Considered by many to be one of the U.S.’ best team Captains in recent memory, Josh provides an insight and depth that is rare in sports today.
Former Texas Governor and current U.S. President George W. Bush picked Josh as one of the 18 all-time greatest Texans. As the only male athlete in the World to win three Gold Medals at the Centennial Olympic Games, Josh has established a tremendous reputation as a swimmer who excels at the most important meets. Josh followed his 1996 performance up with two Olympic Silver Medals in Sydney.
Josh is a 3-Time Olympic Gold Medalist, Atlanta Games, 2-Time Olympic Silver Medalist, Sydney Games, and broke his boyhood idol's (Matt Biondi) American Record in the 200m Freestyle to make the U.S. Olympic team in 2000.
Married with four (4) children, Josh hopes to utilize his accomplishments as a platform to share his testimony about his personal relationship with Jesus Christ with children and parents. A strong Christian, Josh speaks to hundreds of schools and faith based organizations all over the United States, sharing his Olympic medals and messages about abstinence, good life choices and the importance of family in America.
Josh's options are limitless... Politics, Ministry, Sports, Josh does them all to an incredibly high standard. He would like to have twins, making that six children and owning the title for most children by an Olympic Medalist under 32 year's old.
Josh is part owner of the largest swim clinic company in the World, called Ultimate Technique Swim Clinics, LLC. The company provides over 150 events for youth swimmers throughout the United States.
