Lead Positive: What Highly Effective Leaders See, Say, And Do
In her newest keynote, Dr. Kathy Cramer takes the fundamentals of her pioneering Asset-Based Thinking (ABT) system and turns them into strategies for successful leadership. ABT is an elegantly simple mindset management process that allows leaders to make small shifts in perception that yield great results for their businesses, their lives, and the lives and work of those they lead. Dr. Cramer shows the audience precisely how to turn their attention away from the negative and toward the positive aspects of any sit- uation. As leaders make their mental shift, they improve their optimism, empathy, and confidence – and what they say and do from that mindset is far more likely to inspire others to do their best possible work. Step by step, this keynote helps leaders learn:

  • How to shift their perspective and zero in on what is working, strong, and possible (SEE)
  • How to connect what they say to the positive evidence they see so they can create magnetic, high-impact communication (SAY)
  • Which behaviors will work best to inspire effective action in others (DO) Weaving findings in neuroscience and positive psychology with case studies of exemplary leaders in action, this Lead Positive keynote offers a unique and invaluable path to better leadership. Guided by Dr. Cramer’s simple approach, you can inspire your team to make a lasting impact and live up to its full potential.

Asset-Based Thinking Essentials: Change The Way You See Everything
This powerful new keynote harnesses the core message of Dr. Cramer’s earlier book, Change the Way You See Everything, as well as the dynamic personality of Dr. Cramer herself. Throughout this keynote, Dr. Cramer teaches audience members how to tap the power of Asset-Based Thinking (ABT) and apply it to their personal and professional lives. This program is divided into three modules:
  • Change the way you see yourself
  • Change the way you see others
  • Change the way you see situations

Within each part, Kathy provides practical advice, case studies, and exercises that help participants mod- ify their management, leadership, communication skills, performance, and satisfaction, and take them to the next level.
