In 1987, at the tender age of 18, he became the youngest realtor in the United States, selling millions of dollars of real estate during his career.
Today, he is an entrepreneur, professional speaker and member of the National Speakers Association. He is also author of the hit book Happiness Is a Pair of Shorts! and a contributing author to the New York Best Seller Chicken Soup for the Surviving Soul.
Appearing on radio, television, and seminars, Manuel uses his experience to help individuals and companies grow both professionally and personally.
