Robert A. Rohm, Ph.D. is president of Personality Insights, Inc. Dr. Rohm has spoken to audiences in nearly every conceivable situation, including schools, businesses, churches, weddings, funerals, children's groups, nursing homes, football stadiums, hospitals, hotels, convention centers, coliseums and countless others. He travels across the United States, Canada and Europe, teaching and training people how to develop better relationships in their work, home, and personal lives.
Dr. Rohm holds a Ph.D. degree in Higher Education Administration and Counseling from the University of North Texas and has been an educator for 25 years. He has conducted workshops and seminars on human relations and behavior for numerous schools, universities and teacher conferences. He also is known for speaking and training for international companies such as Coca-Cola®, Chick fil A® Corporation, InterNET Services Corporation, and Merrill Lynch®, Inc.
He has provided training sessions for leading companies across America, including the world's largest meeting of independent business owners at the Georgia Dome. He has shared the stage with such notable celebrities as President George Bush, Les Brown, Zig Ziglar, Peter Lowe, Rush Limbaugh, Charles "Tremendous" Jones, Joe Theisman, Johnny Cash, and Glenn Campbell. Dr. Rohm has authored many books, including: Positive Personality Profiles, Different Children, Different Needs (with Charles F. Boyd and David Boehi), Get Real!, and Who Do You Think You Are... Anyway? He has also produced workbooks, case studies, and video and audio cassette series. These focus on teaching parents specific ways to correctly understand and motivate their children and to improve communication in marriage. His unique mixture of humor, stories and illustrations makes him a popular speaker with old and young alike.
Prior to founding PERSONALITY INSIGHTS, Dr. Rohm served as Minister of Education with Dr. Charles Stanley (First Baptist Church of Atlanta), and as Associate Pastor with Dr. W. A. Criswell (First Baptist Church of Dallas). He has been a guest on many of America's top-rated religious radio and television programs, including "Truths That Transform" with Dr. D. James Kennedy, Canada's "100 Huntley Street," Moody Radio's "Prime Time America," and CB's "The 700 Club." His concepts of leadership and personality-oriented management appear in “The Christian Businessman” magazine each month.
