The Communication Connection: Speak from the Heart
The Communication Connection: Speak (and Listen) from the Heart is a dynamic, "hands-on" seminar that will dramatically change the way you talk, listen, and connect with others. It will teach seminar participants that being a truly great communicator is not simply about being naturally articulate or being a "good talker." It is not about fancy visuals and dry PowerPoint presentations, or hard-core sales pitches, or who does a "data dump" with tons of facts, figures, and technical wizardry. What really counts is making an authentic connection with other people that comes not merely from the head but from the heart.
The Communication Connection: Speak from the Heart
This Stand & Deliver seminar series will focus on "executive presence." The Communication Connection seminar series will highlight tangible tools and skills that will help the individuals on your management team more effectively present themselves and represent your organization.
Leading Change in Challenging Times
This Stand & Deliver seminar is based on the philosophy that all professionals are "leaders" regardless of where they might fit in to the organizational chart. We will provide seminar participants with practical leadership tools and strategies in dealing with the many pressures of organizational life. We will coach participants toward becoming "change agents" who don't simply accept change, but embrace and lead it.
Dealing with the Media: You Don't Have to be a Victim
If you think the media's agenda is to make you "look bad," how exactly can you manage this stressful experience and come out on top? Stand & Deliver president Steve Adubato has spent much of his professional life as a broadcaster and journalist. A winner of 4 Emmy awards (3 as "Best Anchor") for Channel 13 (PBS) in New York. He has provided expert media communication analysis for MSNBC, FOX News and ABC/7 in New York. Steve uses these experiences as well as his years as a communication coach and trainer to help seminar participants develop effective media and crisis related strategies that will help get the message across under the most difficult of circumstances.
Oh, No! Not Another Meeting!
Let's face it, most meetings can be deadly. They often go on too long, aren't focused and sometimes aren't really necessary. Why not make this valuable time as productive as possible? This Stand & Deliver seminar will allow participants to actually facilitate meetings that focus on realistic and challenging workplace issues and situations. These meeting "scenarios" are played out in a supportive and encouraging environment with seminar participants providing constructive feedback to each other.
