“Customized Three-Step Process”
Customized service means that we are on your team all
the way. We take our commitment to you seriously. We
will be there to assist you from the very start until
well after your meeting is over. We want to make our
service to you as indispensable as possible. How? First,
by helping you to make the right presenter choices,
and then by making sure that the program portion of
your meeting not only runs smoothly, but is also a big
hit. Our job is to make your job easy and to earn you
kudos. We want to deserve your business and to win you
as client next year too.
Step I: The Needs Analysis
Combining an in-depth questioning process and our many
years of experience, we conduct a "needs analysis"
to find out as much as possible about your organization
and the nature and details of your meeting. We'll want
to know the exact makeup of your audience and what you
would like to accomplish for it; whether you already
have a theme for us to work with or need help formulating
one; what type of programs and speakers you've used
in the past; what went over well and what was disappointing.
In other words, we like to hear about your program needs,
desires, goals and expectations, and, of course, your
budget-range. Since presenters are obtainable in a large
variety of proficiencies and fees, knowing your budget-range
is helpful in order for us to secure for you the very
best presenter within your budget-range.
Step II: The Selection Process
After we have familiarized ourselves with your audience
and its needs, we conduct an intensive investigation
into all the available possibilities. We then send you
information and videotapes or DVDs/CDs, (your choice)
on three or four of our selections. If you are not satisfied,
we will find out why. Armed with a better understanding
of what you want, we'll repeat the selection process
and submit three or four other choices for you to consider.
We will continue this process until you have found the
very best presenter(s) for your event.
Step III: The Follow-Through
After selections have been made and contracts have been
issued, we continue to work closely with you and your
speakers. We’ll ask you to fill out pre-program
questionnaires to help speakers tailor their programs
to your requirements. We also attend to the small but
important details such as technical requirements, providing
photos and introductions, travel schedules, and ground
transportation arrangements. Our reliable procedures
and dependable staff always make sure the correct information
is passed on to you. With your approval (especially
for large entertainment productions), an ETC program
coordinator will personally assist (on location) with
production arrangements. After the close of your meeting,
we ask that you fill out a program evaluation form so
that we can continue to learn about your needs and improve
our service to you.
