Meridith’s career began in sales and marketing and transitioned into executive positions in finance and commercial banking. After achieving her business coaching certification, Meridith became gold master certified in Strategic Planning by the Haines Centre and the University of San Diego. She is among only a handful of strategists to hold this certification. Meridith increased her knowledge of communication styles, human behaviors and their impact on professional development by earning her master certification as a Human Behavior Specialist. She then achieved second level certification in Emotional Intelligence (EQ). These skills allow Meridith to help her clients master both the technical and relational skills needed to be successful today.
