Tim Kight is founder and president of Focus 3, a firm that provides high impact consulting services and learning resources to help client companies throughout the United States build and manage high performance organizations.
A dynamic communicator, Tim combines a unique background of research and real-world experience to bring powerful insights to the challenges of leadership, management, and individual and organizational performance in today’s competitive, rapidly changing world. Mr. Kight is the author of several high impact training programs.
Mr. Kight works with organizations in many industries, including professional services, banking, health care, financial services, manufacturing, high tech, government, and media/communications. Clients consistently rate Tim’s programs and presentations “superior.”
Tim attended Ohio State University and UCLA. He competed in intercollegiate track and field at both schools. He did his graduate studies at Princeton Seminary and Trinity Divinity School. While at Princeton, Tim was a graduate assistant track coach at the University.
