Since leading the 1984 US Men's Gymnastics Team to its first-ever Olympic Gold Medal, Peter Vidmar has been helping people throughout the country realize their own potential. By using his Olympic experiences, he motivates others to put forth the extra effort required to succeed in business and life. Peter performs routines on the pommel horse to drive his message. He discusses the three components of a perfect score in gymnastics - Risk, Originality and Virtuosity (ROV) - and how they apply to success in life.
