Mark Therrien helps create joyful workplaces where people "want" to be rather than "have" to be. In 1975, Mark taught rapport-building skills to physicians at the medical college at the University of Hawaii so they could get better medical histories and improved patient compliance. It worked so well the Journal of Medical Education published his research. Since then he has taught thousands of people in corporations, healthcare, and education systems the skills to build rapport with the people they work with and their customers.
