Boomer Esiason joined CBS Sports in February 2002 as a studio analyst for THE NFL TODAY, the CBS Television Network's NFL pre-game show. The most prolific left-handed quarterback in NFL history when he retired in 1997, Esiason quarterbacked for the Cincinnati Bengals, New York Jets and Arizona Cardinals during his 14-year NFL career. Esiason has become a leading national figure in the fight against cystic fibrosis, where he has established the Boomer Esiason Foundation raising millions of dollars to battle the disease.
