Dr. Thomas F. Schaller provides a blueprint for a Democratic majority in the 21st century. Now in his ninth year at UMBC, Schaller teaches courses in American government, including the U.S. presidency, Congress, and interest group behavior, and is director of the political science department’s legislative internship program. He is also a weekly columnist for the Baltimore Sun.
