Greg Winston had his greatest educational experience during summer months spent on his grandfather’s farm in the little town of Varner, Arkansas. For a boy growing up in the ghettos of Gary, Indiana, life on a farm seemed to represent the ultimate picture of success. It was a hands-on experience that showed Greg the true value of personal drive, determination and good old-fashioned hard work. Since then, Greg has become one of the nation’s leading pioneers in the study of high performance in the area of sales. To this day, he still draws on the hands-on approach he learned from growing up.
