Barbara Hemphill is the author of Kiplinger's Taming the Paper Tiger at Home and Kiplinger's Taming the Paper Tiger at Work, and Simplify Your Workday published by Reader's Digest. She is the CEO of the Hemphill Productivity Institute, based in Raleigh, NC and her methodology is featured in Kiplinger's Taming the Paper Tiger software developed by Monticello Enterprises-a revolutionary computer program guaranteed to "find anything you file or store in five seconds or less!"

Today she has a team of over 70 Paper Tiger Authorized Consultants in the US and Canada. She is passionate about encouraging individuals and businesses to use her productivity principles to increase profit and peace of mind.
Ms. Hemphill is a member of the National Speakers Association and past president of the National Association of Professional Organizers.
