Jeff Gardner starred in a critically acclaimed tour of The Jazz Singer playing the part that Al Jolson made famous. Mr. Gardner served as a stand-by for Mandy Patinkin on Broadway in The Wild Party. Also on Broadway, he created the role of Mercier in The Scarlet Pimpernel. His other Broadway credits include: Cyrano the Musical, Jerome Robbins’ Broadway, The Queen and the Rebels and the National Tour of Les Miserables.
Jerold Goldstein has appeared twice as Chico Marx—once in Animal Crackers at the Arena Stage in Washington and then again in The Cocoanuts at the Actors Theatre of Louisville. He appeared on tour with A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum and stood by for Rip Taylor. Other Broadway credits include Ain’t Broadway Grand and How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, starring as Matthew Broderick. As a composer, New York audiences have seen productions of his musicals Babalu, My Oldest Friend, and Music Is My Fist which were written with William Squire.
