Remembering the American Prophet: Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

“No one really knows why they are alive until they know what they’d die for.” – Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. spoke these prophetic words as a way to motivate the masses to find a cause that they were passionate enough to die for. In the end, Dr. King was willing – and did die for the right of all Americans to be granted respect and equality.

On this day, we would like to thank Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., and celebrate him and the countless other civil rights heroes who have dedicated their lives to fighting injustice and inequality in this nation.
