    Tom Morrison is a 1990 graduate of Florida State University with a B.S. in Finance and currently serves as CEO of the Metal Treating Institute and President of Tom Morrison & Associates. Tom has over 20+ years of experience in business and association management having served as CEO of three different organizations. Through Tom’s leadership, his current association’s net worth has grown over 2,600% since 2006. Tom attributes this growth through embracing change, focusing on marketplace disruption and driving maximum value to the customer experience.

    Tom is a certified life coach and has authored of two personal development books. The first in 2015 called How to Get People to Scream Your Name and Beg For More and his second in 2018 called, The Dash… Making Sure Your Obituary Won’t Suck.

    Tom is active in at the local and national level in his industry trade associations and in 2012 was named the Florida Association Executive of the Year.
