Event Coordinator

The position tasks include:

• Working with our sales staff to handle event management for booking professional speakers for clients. All work is done remotely.
• Ensuring contracting and logistics/details for engagements are handled (which may include booking flights, hotels, ground travel, etc).
• Help with corporate client/professional speaker requests.
• Assist our team (phone, live chat, etc.).
• Participating in projects which may include website content, marketing, speaker research,

We are looking for someone who is very articulate, well organized and detailed oriented, polite, and has a lot of business savvy. You must have an excellent verbal and computer skills. If you are a bright, friendly, enthusiastic, creative, a self-motivated team player who can juggle many duties and are looking for an interesting business and fun place to work, we would love to hear from you.

Being in New Jersey is a plus.
