Courtney Elizabeth Anderson Broadhead is “The “Workplace Relationship Expert”™ and practices the “Joyful Art of Business” around the world! She is founder and Executive Director of the International Workplace Relationship Council (IWRC), a human resources strategic leadership innovation institute. Ms. Anderson Broadhead’s field of study is international strategic leadership and her expertise is as a workplace relationship policy and applied experiential entrepreneurship expert.
Anderson Broadhead has advised numerous domestic and international entities including Boeing, Cirque du Soleil, The United States House of Representatives and Wal-Mart in North America, Africa, Asia, Australia and Europe. Ms. Anderson Broadhead received the “2011 Strategic Leadership Award” at the World HRD (Human Resources Development) Congress in Mumbai, India.
Ms. Anderson is an attorney and has been in private practice since 1998. Her firm, Anderson Broadhead Law Group, is based in Austin, Texas. Attorney Anderson Broadhead was recognized in 2013 and 2014 for her Pro Bono service by the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada.
Ms. Anderson Broadhead has served as an on-air legal and business expert for CNN, CNN International, MSNBC and FOX News. She has also appeared as a business expert in USA Today, BusinessWeek, The Wall Street Journal and numerous other media outlets. She currently hosts a weekly podcast, entitled, “Solutions…”.
Professor Anderson Broadhead currently teaches Ethical Leadership in Organizations & Society in The Graduate School, Master of Business Administration (MBA) online program at the University of Maryland Global Campus. Professor Anderson Broadhead received the 2013 UMUC Stanley J. Drazek Teaching Excellence Award for The Graduate School andhas served on the University of Maryland Global Campus faculty since 2006.
Ms. Anderson Broadhead holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from The University of Texas School of Law, a Master of Business Administration and Master of Science from Tarleton State University (part of the Texas A&M University System) and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin, Texas.
A keynote speaker since 1999, Ms. Anderson Broadhead is a multiyear nominee as a “Top 5 Speaker” in the United States, has been named one of “America’s Top Women Motivators” and has performed stand-up comedy in Las Vegas. She is based in Austin, Texas.
