Meet Courtney Anderson, the Keynote Speaker with Four Degrees!

It’s graduation season!!🎓

This May, colleges and universities all around the world are having ceremonies where students receive their hard earned degrees.

Leadership keynote speaker, Courtney Anderson is familiar with this process because she graduated not once, but FOUR TIMES!

Going into college, Courtney’s main academic interests focused on workplace interpersonal relationships. Her courses discussed topics such as industrial-organizational psychology theory, applied experiential entrepreneurship, and international workplace management-related issues. 

Her first degree was a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) The University of Texas at Austin. She then went on to pursue two masters degrees from Tarleton State University — a Master of Science (M.S.) and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.). Courtney’s most recent degree is a Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from The University of Texas School of Law.

Her educational experience has helped her become an expert on workplace relationship policy, and an innovator in global strategic leadership. Courtney has advised a wide variety of clients like Cirque du Soleil, the United States House of Representatives and Wal-Mart. She’s also been a legal expert for numerous media outlets including Businessweek, CNN and Cosmopolitan.

As a keynote speaker, Courtney discusses leadership, management and diversity & inclusion. With programs such as “Equality for Everyone! Sensitivity to Diversity with Results” and “It Is A Big World! How To Work Well With People From Countries You Have Never Been To”, Courtney’s advice can be applied to all types of organizations.
