Elyse has over two decades of experience leading teams in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. She managed portfolios with annual revenues of $1.7 Billion, and drives product innovation and the commercialization of numerous technologies across the globe.
Prior to co-founding Eosera, Elyse spent over a decade at Alcon, where, as Global Director, she set the near and long-term global strategic vision for the Anti-Infective, Otic, Dry Eye and Ocular Nutrition franchises. At Alcon, Elyse launched new products globally and consistently grew sales year over year.
Elyse actively mentors women who pursue careers in healthcare and technology. She is a strong advocate for gender equality and women in business. Elyse is a polished public speaker and has given inspiring presentations to large groups around the world. Most recently, she delivered a keynote at the annual Stagen Leadership conference and was featured on the World Changing Women Podcast. She speaks on many panels including the Fort Worth Business Press “Business for Breakfast” panel and at the Bio North Texas annual meeting. In 2017, she was the winner of the Mary Kay Pink Tank Business Pitch Competition. In 2015, Comerica Bank awarded Elyse $50,000 as part of a business pitch competition. Elyse currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Fort Worth Country Day and on the Texas Christian University (TCU) Neely School of Business Healthcare MBA Advisory Board. Elyse is also a member of YPO and is active with the Fort Worth YPO Chapter.
Elyse holds a BA from the University of Notre Dame, and an MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. Additionally, she completed The Integral Leadership Program and The Advanced Leadership Program at the Stagen Leadership Academy. Elyse, married with two children, resides in Fort Worth, Texas. She is also a lifelong athlete and has completed marathons, triathlons and an Ironman.
