Jennifer holds a Bachelor in Broadcast Journalism a Master of Arts in Practical Theology, an Education Specialist degree and she is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Psychology. She is CEO of the Keitt Institute: A Center for Emotional Development and Well-being. Jennifer and her co-founder, Morgan Holmes (who is Jennifer’s eldest daughter), use the best practices from instructional design and educational psychology to create high-powered, engaging, research-driven experiences that help professionals thrive in life.

At 27-years-old, Jennifer Keitt walked into the newsroom she was working in and quit. She quit in her mind! This sent her into what she now calls “the summer of chaos,” in which her nationally syndicated radio show Today’s Black Woman was born.
In December 1991, Jennifer debuted Today’s Black Woman — a 60-second feature — broadcasting Monday through Friday in major markets across the United States. TBW grew to reach millions of listeners weekly! Here is a tiny portion of the show that launched Jennifer’s career and helped her find her power, passion, and life purpose: to empower, educate, equip and encourage today’s woman!
