Michael McGill Jr. Reviews

“Michael came to our organization for a 3-session series due to conflict we were having and low morale. He has such a talent for calling out unhealthy behavior in a graceful yet effective way. People listened to and connected with him in a way I’ve never seen before. We’ve already seen departmental changes and leaders who understand the power of empathy and what it takes to build community/connection. I/we learned so many practical skills that transcend work

— Vice President of Human Resources

“Michael’s words were captivating and soul-stirring; they made me laugh, reflect heavily, and even cry a bit. This wasn’t just motivational- it was a transformation! There were a few ‘ouch’ moments of self-discovery, but I learned so much about emotional intelligence, growth-minded coaching, and how I can better contribute to the climate & culture of my team. I wish he could talk to us weekly!”

— Division Leader at HanesBrands, Inc.

“Within my 37 years in education, this was by far the most profound professional development I’ve attended. I was encouraged but also challenged in what I thought I knew. I have at least 5 things that I’ll do differently as a school leader immediately and I’m looking forward to continued growth and self-awareness. We also learned about trauma, resiliency, and building community with the most vulnerable.  I so appreciate Michael’s passion, brilliance, and energy!”
