Laughter is the first sign of trust.

Laughter is also a form of wellness.

As we’ve heard all of our lives, “Medicine is good for the soul.” It’s also good for the workplace.

This presentation of inspiration is humorous, sometimes poignant, and always interesting.

While growing up during the segregated Jim Crow south, Reggie Selma witnessed first hand the injustice of sanctioned discrimination.

But, with a strong family, and faith, Reggie Selma went on to become CNN’s first African-American cameraman assigned to the White House in 1982.

Reggie’s motto: “Don’t Let Detours become Road blocks.”
