Sarah is one of the first known victims of former Olympic Women’s Gymnastics Larry Nassar. Sarah accepted the Arthur Ashe Courage Award on behalf of herself and the hundreds of other survivors of Nassar’s sexual abuse. The Nassar abuse story pushed the boundaries of the conversation of sexual assault. As a speaker, Sarah continues to engage in this topic to build awareness and action for people both personally and professionally.
Sarah uses her story, along with her experience as an attorney and advocate of sexual survivors, to inspire others to overcome adversity.
