Terry’s client history reads like a who’s who of iconic retail, service, and consumer brands. Over the decades, she has partnered with hundreds of organisations – MECCA, OPTUS, SEED, Kikki-K, T2, Kookai, Scanlan Theodore, Hilton Worldwide, Cafe Sydney, Oroton, Glue Store, Hype DC, General Pants, Surf Dive ’n Ski, and Topshop to name a few, helping shape the sales, service, leadership, and people foundations on which many of these businesses have grown.

Jo Horgan, Founder of MECCA, has credited Terry with helping lay the customer experience and leadership ethos throughout the business over an 18-year period. Terry’s work with Topshop Australia included training teams nationally from 2012 to 2016 and contributing to world record-breaking opening days. Her four-year engagement with Optus became the organisation’s most successful training campaign at the time, delivering double-digit increases across multiple performance measures.
