3 Innovative Speakers Who Help Companies Think Outside the Box

Posted by Stephanie Guida

Innovative Keynote Speakers

According to a survey conducted by the Huffington Post, organizations that use innovative thinking are far more successful than those who do not. In business, those who innovate become the disruptors and those who are disrupted may not survive. There’s no time like the present to think about how you can incorporate innovation and creativity into your workplace. Sometimes, the best way is to get practical ideas and motivation is through hearing other success stories. The following speakers, who you’ll often find keynoting at corporate conferences, combine their innovative ideas with their creative minds to put themselves, as well as other companies, on the map.

Duncan Wardle
Former VP of Innovation and Creativity for Disney
Found of creative consulting company, id8

Engaging audiences with his sense of humor, Duncan pushes executives and their teams to develop their own creative “light switch,” a concept he developed himself. Wardle worked with Disney for 25 years where he helped to develop some of their most innovative ideas. He founded Disney’s creative catalyst team where he taught employees how to develop their own “thinking toolkit.” Once realizing the impact that he had, Wardle decided to leave Disney to start his own creative consulting company, id8. It quickly became one of the top innovation consulting firms in the world. Wardle has shared the concept of innovation creativity with thousands of executives from companies like Ford, Coca-Cola, NBA, and Johnson&Johnson.

Phil Hansen
Internationally recognized multimedia artist, speaker, author, and innovator

After hearing Hansen’s inspiring story, anything will be possible. As an art student, Hansen’s intense use of the style pointillism led him to develop a tremor in his drawing hand. Feeling discouraged, Hansen dropped out of art school and was planning on giving up art all together. That was until his neurologist told him he has to “embrace the shake.” As of today, he has had features on the Discovery Channel, the Rachel Ray Show, Good Morning America and many more. His work is sought after by clients like Disney, Skype, Mazda, the Grammy Awards, and the Rockerfeller Foundation. Hansen’s originality and effect on the audience is only one reason to book him. Having attendees take part in the (add-on) collaboration art experience will be another. “Embrace the Shake” will become your group’s motto as well.

Tali Sharot
Neuroscientist

Sharot’s innovative approach to psychology and the human mind can be beneficial and help inspire many to raise their expectations of their work and use their creative thinking to help contribute as many ideas as they can. With a BA in Economics and Psychology from Tel Aviv University and a PhD from NYU, Sharot integrates neuroscience behavioral economics and psychology to study how emotion can influence people’s beliefs, decisions, and social interactions. Throughout her 4 different programs, Sharot discusses how high expectations can drive innovation and the more brains contributing to an idea, the better. Ideal for large corporations and teams, Sharot’s innovative approach to psychology and the human mind can be beneficial and help inspire many to raise their expectations of their work and use their own creative thinking to help contribute as many ideas as they can.

With these three innovative speakers, it will be hard to choose only one! No matter who, your audience will feel their creative juices flowing. Each of these speakers are very professional with a copious amount of experience and expertise. They are sure to make your event productive, positive, and engaging!
