An additional pilot provides an incredible stage dynamic and really drives home the concept of teamwork and collaboration. The pilots both speak from the stage and during our interactive pieces, the second pilot uses the roving mic. Importantly, this is also experiential so both pilots remain behind for photo ops and attend any social functions. Two pilots means there’s more to go around!

You get our CEO, Christian “Boo” Boucousis and our Flawless Leadership keynote. Boo is an accomplished entrepreneur who started out life as a fighter pilot and turned the fighter pilot mindset into a number of multi-million dollar businesses. Ten years ago he started speaking and now he shares how to apply the the fighter pilot mindset and ways of working to effectively lead in business, or – Flawless Leadership.

The “Top Gun Experience” is Afterburner’s flagship program – an incredibly unique and interactive team-building experience. In small groups, your attendees will compete in a fighter pilot challenge that will help to reinforce the principles of teamwork, leadership and Flawless Execution. They’ll work through an exhilarating and fast-paced mission where each person will be assigned a role and call sign.  It creates fun and friendly competition. This experiential program will inspire, foster connection, and provide practical tools to empower your attendees growth.

This is an interactive workshop that will focus on bringing the Afterburner tools to your attendees’ business, focusing on solving real-world challenges. We will break into rounds – our facilitators will use a simple , yet powerful facilitation structure, to keep engagement high. Each attendee, within their respective role, will create an action plan and commitment to the priorities over the next quarter. This is one of the best ways to ensure learning is pulled through after the event! It will be ambitious and set up each attendee to exit the event with a plan and tools to immediately apply back in the field/office.
