Growing up in Flint, MI, Bridget used her love of music as inspiration and hustled her way into the largest record label in the world as a teenager – helping to launch some of today’s biggest careers in music such as Rihanna, The Weeknd, Lady Gaga, Drake, The Killers, and Taylor Swift. Inspired by a viral video of a deaf woman hearing for the first time, she then founded and bootstrapped the first ever social good electronics company, LSTN, sold millions of products, partnered with the likes of Google, Delta Air Lines, and Amazon, and has given over 50,000 people the gift of hearing for the first time.
Now as a keynote speaker, co-author of the Amazon #1 best-seller Experiential Billionaire book and Treasure Maps card game, self proclaimed experiential guinea pig, and facilitator of one of the largest surveys on life experiences ever done, she is passionate about creating tools to help teams and leaders connect in the workplace through rich experiences and shared goals. Bridget has previously been recognized as both Forbes and Inc Magazine’s 30 Under 30, Entrepreneur’s 15 Women to Watch, and NAWBO’s Rising Star. She has been featured on 500+ media outlets including the Today Show, Good Morning America, New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, TechCrunch, Buzzfeed and Fast Company. She serves on boards at both UCLA and UC Santa Barbara and lives in Los Angeles, CA with her dog Taco.
Together her and co-author Joe Huff have trained to be samurai, danced with the northern lights, tracked silverback gorillas in a hail storm, stood face-to-face with a hungry lion on safari, visited 50+ countries and all 50 states, absorbed life lessons from Maasai Mara tribesmen, sped across a glacier on a dogsled, spoke on stage with Sir Richard Branson, built schools for kids in need, lived with monks, swum with sharks, and explored the experiential riches life has to offer.
