Do they shop online? In-store? What does loyalty look like? These questions and more are addressed as the newest generation of customers pulls out their wallets. Based on national studies, insights from focus groups, and working with some of the world’s top brands, find out what it takes to connect with, sell to, and retain the Gen Z customer.

Jonah Stillman Review

“I have spent my whole career perfecting the art of engaging an audience. Regardless of how wonderful your message is, if you don’t know how to connect with an audience, it won’t matter. I recently shared the stage with Jonah Stillman. He made such an impact that I brought him in to speak at my own summit! Jonah is a 19-year old speaker who talks about the topic of Generation Z – the generation after the Millennials. I, like many, have heard many presentations on the generations, but this one stood out as one of the best. While most thought leaders on generational differences focus all the attention on Millennials, Jonah was able to introduce this new generation in such an exciting way that definitely captured the audience’s attention! The time to get to know Gen Z is today! Jonah taught us what shaped this generation and the resulting traits. More than that, he was able to explain how these traits impact an employer’s ability to attract and retain Gen Z employees as well as a marketers ability to sell to this next generation. All of Jonah’s messaging is grounded in primary research. He manages to be the voice of his generation while still weaving in his own dynamic personality. Jonah is the type of speaker I would recommend for any organization that wants to be proactive in learning about their workforce and customer of the future.”
