Stop Chasing, Start Creating is not a traditional keynote. It is an experiential, multi-sensory journey designed to fully engage participants while fitting seamlessly into a keynote format.
From the moment participants enter the room, they are invited into a guided experience that engages their thinking, emotions, and personal story. Through immersive storytelling, visual symbolism, sound, reflection, and intentional interaction, the audience does not simply listen. They actively participate in a shared experience that feels personal, relevant, and memorable.
As their Meaning Guide, Justin Jones-Fosu leads participants through the Meaning Journey Model™ consisting of Mindset, Momentum, and Mastery. Rather than presenting ideas as content to consume, Justin designs moments to experience and apply in real time. Individuals pause, reflect, create, and reconnect with what truly matters, often uncovering insights they did not realize they were carrying.
The experience culminates in a powerful ritual moment. Each participant crafts their own #67, a personal wise saying shaped through reflection and intention. This moment transforms insight into commitment, giving participants a personal anchor they can carry forward and a ripple of meaning that extends beyond the room. This is not information to remember. It is an experience to feel, and a shift to live.
PARTICIPANTS WILL EXPERIENCE:
• Intentional Reflection: Purposeful moments of pause that shift the room and create space to listen inward.
• Collective Insight: Shared realization that participants are not alone in the chase, building connection and perspective.
• A Meaningful Closing Moment: Guided prompts that transform insight into personal language and culminate in a closing moment that feels like a beginning, anchoring intention rather than applause.
PARTICIPANTS WILL LEARN:
• The Meaning Journey Model: A guided path through Mindset, Momentum, and Mastery that reshapes how participants see, act, and sustain meaning at work and in life.
• The Creating Meaning Challenge: A simple, intentional challenge that extends the experience beyond the room and turns insight into daily, meaningful action.
• Their #67: A personal wise saying created during the experience that anchors future decisions and reminds participants of what truly matters.
