Olympic Athlete Chaunté Lowe Inspires and Empowers Young Women

With one of her four programs Chaunté Lowe creates an environment that inspires young women from all walks of life. She shares her story having been a young woman herself she knows how hard it can be to exist in a world made for men. Especially as a young African-American woman she can speak to not having equal opportunities in the workplace and in life. 

A workshop included in her program works with young women to empower them in not only the workplace, but in life. This program goes into self-esteem for young women which is very important for the new generation of workers. Chaunté creates an environment where young people can be themselves and learn how to express themselves. It is wildly successful and very important for young women to feel empowered in the workplace.
