Stephen Levi Carter, MBA brings with him over two decades of experience in leadership.
Working in Finance in Managerial and Executive-Level Positions for Consulting Firms, Medical Insurance Companies, Oil and Gas Companies, and Technology Firms.
Stephen served as a U.S. Army combat medic during the Persian Gulf War which led to his being awarded the Army Commendation Medal for sustained acts of heroism or meritorious service. He would return from Iraq to complete his Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Langston University. He later earned a Master of Business Administration in change management and finance from the University of Houston – Clear Lake.
Mr. Carter is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), the most important industry recognized certification for project managers. He is a serial entrepreneur having founded multiple businesses throughout his career with his current focus being the founding partner and the CEO of Sterling Staffing Solutions, as well as the Founder and CEO of White Orchid Hospice.
