Biography

Radha Agrawal is a world-renowned speaker, community builder, and cultural provocateur on a mission to end loneliness and create a global culture of belonging.

She is the co-founder, CEO, and Chief Community Architect of Daybreaker, the global morning dance and wellness movement that has grown into a community of over 800,000 people across 30+ cities and all 7 continents — including Antarctica. Daybreaker has produced 1,000+ sold-out events, collaborating with partners like Nike, LG, Brita, and the Museum of Natural History to reimagine the way we gather and connect. In 2025, Daybreaker launched its first-ever sold-out, sober, one-day music and wellness festival in London, pioneering a new kind of intergenerational gathering that blends legendary DJs, live performances, and immersive wellness experiences — all without alcohol.

Radha toured with Oprah Winfrey, opening all 9 stadium stops of the Oprah’s 2020 Vision Tour, leading tens of thousands in dance and mindfulness each morning. She has delivered high-impact keynotes at Summit Series 2025, SXSW 2024, Facebook Global Marketing Summit, Wanderlust, Chicago Ideas Week, Meeting Planners International, Prevent Child Abuse Arizona, and more — as well as hosting unforgettable Daybreaker sunrise dance parties at venues like Red Rocks Amphitheatre.

She is the founder of The Belong Center, a nonprofit with a bold mission to end loneliness for millions, training Belonging Ambassadors and designing systemic programs like the Social Connection Corps. She is the creator of the Belonging Methodâ„¢, used by leaders and organizations to transform culture and connection.

Radha is the author of the best-selling book BELONG and is currently writing her second book, How to Make a Friend, a sweeping, Sapiens-style exploration of friendship, belonging, and the future of connection in the age of AI.

Her work has been featured in The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Time Magazine, National Geographic, LA Times, GQ, The Today Show, and Good Morning America, among hundreds of other outlets.

Radha lives in Brooklyn, NY, with her 6-year-old daughter Solei, and continues to design experiences and movements that remind the world that joy is not just a feeling — it’s a public health intervention.

Community Building 101

It truly does take a village. This inspiring talk shares the importance of community building within your organization or personal life and provides a roadmap for how communities are built and sustained. Through her own personal and professional experience, Radha shares how she built Daybreaker into a community of over 500.000 members in 30 cities around the world.

Building Your Dream Community from Scratch

How is it that the internet connects us to a world of people, yet so many of us feel more isolated than ever? That we have hundreds, even thousands of friends on social media, but not a single person to truly confide in? In this talk, Radha shares the key building blocks to finding your people, creating your dream community, and nurturing your sense of belonging, because connectedness—as more and more studies show—is our key to happiness, fulfillment, and success.

Social Entrepreneurship: Profit with Purpose

As citizens of the world, we all have the responsibility for uplifting our community and beyond. With her years of experience of social entrepreneurship, building THINX, Super Sproutz, Daybreaker, Radha shares how to identify business opportunities and build it with the mindset for providing a greater cause.

Female Leadership: Lean in with Empathy

In the world of business, the power of connecting and community is underestimated. In this eye-opening talk, Radha shares the key to being a female leader and entrepreneur: to lean in with empathy. Radha will share her personal stories of being the only woman in the boardroom, being the leader as a CEO of multiple companies, and what it means to lean in with empathy.

The Power of Joyful Belonging

One in three people have zero friends to confide in — a number that has tripled in the last 30 years and worsened post-pandemic. In this high-energy keynote, Radha shares her journey from feeling like she didn’t belong at 30 to building Daybreaker, a global community of over one million people, and touring with Oprah across nine sold-out arenas. She introduces her Compass of Belonging framework, the science of D.O.S.E. (dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, endorphins), and the cultural interventions needed to move from toxic individualism to a culture of true belonging — because joyful belonging isn’t about fitting in, it’s about lighting up, together.
